SHEBOYGAN, Wis. - A 17-year-old Sheboygan boy is facing criminal charges after allegedly fathering a child with his 16-year-old girlfriend.This is either atrocious reporting or insane state overreach, ala Genarlow Wilson.
Kou Yang is charged in Sheboygan County with repeated sexual assault of a child. The charge carries a maximum 25 years in prison.
A criminal complaint says the girl told police she and Yang started having sex shortly after they met in August 2005, when both were 14.
The girl gave birth to a girl in December.
Authorities say Yang has acknowledged having sex with the girl.
I hate everyone.

i'm an ex-catholic and at one time shook my head and tsked at the idea of "babies having babies". the more i learn about our biology, nonwestern cultures and past european cultures
the less uncomfortable i am with the idea of a pregnant 14 year old.
what's not funny about this is that American youth are imprisoned for this bullshit. he'll go in a relatively well behaved boy who "raped" a consenting longterm girlfriend, but come out a hardened victim of the system, not to mention how this fucks up the young single mother and her fatherless child.
repressing sexuality by way of laws?...it would make me laugh if it wasn't so sad.
