sweet freedom

No more cell phone for me. We have a house line and there's a phone in my lab on campus, and that's it. I won't be instantly reachable all the time, but I expect that somehow life will continue.

that's funny because i still think of not having a land line as being more innovative or freeing (from the extra bill, i guess). i guess you've gone past that and back to the olden days. it DOES sound freeing, now that i think about it.

our cell phone plan had been like $80/month total for the 2 phones. The land line is $35 including unlimited any-time calling to the US. I don't need more than that. Plus we don't have TV either. I found a Lost download though.
