i'm trying to remember about the gas thing. the morning i was discharged, the nurse asked me about it, and i think i said i hadn't yet. i think by the time i was discharged i had passed gas, but i dont think they ever confirmed it. they knew i was walking around and feeling pretty decent, but i'm pretty sure they hadn't confirmed farts.
we're all adults here. you can say "fart". and i will giggle.
seriously though sparks, it saddens me that you made it through this OK. i consider this a near miss from jesus christ our lord, and hope he fixes his aim before it's too late. you godless atheistic communist fascist liberals are a blight on the great nation of canada, a country founded on christianity

that's a serious medical question that allows me to compare the U.S. and Canadian systems.

interesting that they didnt confirm farts and that it was the first thing i asked...i must be a good nurse!

To hwong14, healthcare is handled individually by the provinces. So you'd be comparing the U.S. system with whichever province this occurred in.
Walt should calm down with the fundamentalism. That is so un-Christian to wish someone dead.

Canada was never founded on any religion, and does a better job in maintaining secularism than the states.
