You gamblers are far luckier than the casual drug user that would be put in prison beginning 100 years ago when the first anti-drug legislation was sneaked into tax law. In fact, that legislation set many precedents for coercing supposedly "moral" behavior into law that was previously, and by the majority of the population, considered Constitutionally illegal.
