As I sit here at 12:33 unable to go to bed, I figure it is a good time to link to
some information about sleep patterns. If you wake up in the middle of the night for 45 minutes, you might be naturaler than me, cause once I fall asleep it takes a lot of loud noise to wake me up within the next 9 hours.

As intriguing as sleep research study findings are, I always find them really dubious. Generalizing sleep patterns seems to be overconstrictive on how individuals actually sleep, and probably actually lead to people thinking supposed cure-all's like Ambien can help them.
I also never fall into the problematic sleep category that's studied. But reading about how 90% or so of americans do'nt sleep well enough, aren't happy with their jobs, and are disastisfied sexually is enough for anyone to start questioning themselves. So this article is kinda different I guess. The evolutionary biology reasoning for interrupted sleep is bullshit though.
