I've seen Rohrabacher on a couple occasions during House hearings, particularly the one on the Hubble fixing. He's a bulldog and a headstrong idiot. He comes from Orange County, CA, the only solidly Republican piece of the state (I think it's the only). Orange County is comprises the super-rich land south of LA like Newport, Laguna Beach, and Corona del Mar. I've never seen a higher density of luxury cars anywhere in my entire life. There's lots of rich people in San Fran, too, but they're blue.
