Ramener

I've been ravaged by illness for the last few days, but that gave my wife the opportunity to introduce me to one of life's great pleasures: adding egg to Ramen Noodles. Just crack one into the boiling water to add extra deliciousness to your salty noodle-water.

Adulterate one of life's purest foods? Does the FDA know about this?

Isn't it good? I love doing that. If you add a slice of deli roast beef to it, too, you can totally pretend it's a "real" bowl of noodles.

every Asian person knows you can enhance already delicious Ramen noodles into even more delicious noodles+. you can go crazy with egg, meatballs, scallions, roast pork, broccoli, onions, what have you.

also, you can add egg to non-noodle dishes as well. in fact an over-easy egg on top of fried rice (which strangely already has egg) or white rice is pretty fucking money actually.

fuck i could go for some pho.
