You know, this isn't the worst thing I've ever heard. $90K is a small fucking drop in the bucket compared to things like the $320 million "Bridge to Nowhere" in Alaska. If you had any experience with the ridiculous expense constraints in which federal employees operate you would also jump at the chance to break them.
A trip to Cambodia is ridiculous, so is a lavish dinner for staff, but there's far worse games afoot.
